Are we at 20% already?
Thirty Days Hath September, April, June, and November...
That's how I remembered my days per month. Poetically. None of that counting your fingers stuff.
I wanted to give just a short update today, even though my mental bandwidth is low.
As of my writing session today, I am at 10166 words and 22 pages. This means I am officially over 20%, and in the five digit word count, which is farther than I've gotten on my previous failed attempts. With those other attempts, I usually fizzled out by around page 10.
I've just gotten to the first day of school in the narrative.
Needless to say, I am quite happy. Even if it is exhausting.
